Return Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery date. After 7 days from delivery date you must contact Goldblock Japan Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Goldblock Japan will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
- Defective units are covered under Goldblock Japan’s one year limited warranty policy will be replaced at Goldblock Japan’s cost. See “Returning Products Under Warranty,” below, for information on warranty returns.
- A copy of the Goldblock Japan a copy of the original Goldblock Japan invoice may be requested prior to Goldblock Japan Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.
- Unit must be in ‘like-new’ condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Goldblock Japan reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
- Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
- Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.
- Funds will be credited within 5 days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria.
Returning Products under Warranty
- Defective products are covered by Goldblock Japan’s one-year limited warranty policy.
- To return a product under the warranty policy, read and understand the Limited Warranty Policy at www.Goldblock Japan.com.
- Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to you via ground shipment.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you complete the online forms and you will receive a receipt by e-mail. The payment will then be processed by Goldblock Japan and credited to your tour invoice.
